Before engaging in any child-related work, all individuals associated with Jump Learning must undergo thorough screening processes, including obtaining a valid Working with Children Check. The company will maintain records of these checks for reference.
7. Reporting Procedures
If any staff member, tutor, volunteer, or contractor suspects or becomes aware of any form of child abuse, exploitation, or neglect, they must immediately report it to the designated Child Protection Officer within the organisation. The Child Protection Officer will then follow the appropriate reporting procedures as required by law.
